COUPLES THERAPY
Approach
As a relational integrative psychotherapist, I work with relational dynamics and how each individual brings their own way of relating and communicating into the relationship.

I facilitate an exploration of individual family dynamics and the impact of learnt behaviour and ways of relating, recognize how this affects the relationship in the present and identify potential for change.

I help couples address various concerns such as communication issues, trust problems, infidelity, financial stress, family conflicts, different parenting styles, sexual issues, life transitions amongst others.
